Valletta
A college inside a walled city.
Two townhouses on Triq ir-Repubblika, five minutes from the courts, the national archive and the newsrooms where our students spend their placements.
The building
A reading room with high windows, two seminar rooms, a small edit suite and a courtyard that is used for everything from receptions to interviews. The library holds the college's working collection — documents, style guides, conservation reports — rather than a general one.
The city
Valletta is a UNESCO World Heritage city of about 6,000 residents inside the walls, with the country's institutions packed into it. Students walk to their placements. In summer the college works around the heat, and in September the whole city is a set of rooms you can use.
Getting here
Fifteen minutes from the airport by taxi; the bus terminus at City Gate is a five-minute walk.
